The embedded granularity size of the gold in ore determines the milling and the beneficiation method. During the milling processing, when coarse gold and the other composition liberates, recovering by gravity separation or amalgamation will do a favor to the following floatation separation and the cyaniding because the coarse gold is very hard to floatate, or needs long time to cyanide.

For recovering of the coarse gold, gravity separation is a best way to get most of the gold. Then amalgamation or cyaniding will be considered according to the gold ore nature to recover gold or other metals. Amalgamation was historically used in the patio process and pan amalgamation to recover gold from ore by combining them with mercury. The amalgamation cylinder is the most commonly used gold extraction machine. The amalgamation cylinder is used for extraction gold from gold ore, fine ore, etc, and extraction recovery rate of this gold extraction machine can be up to 98%. There are two types of this gold extraction machine: light type and heavy type.
