Forui Launches Moving Sieve Jigger
Moving sieve jigger is mainly used in coal separation. With the features of water-saving, forced sieve vibration and restrictions on mineral particles. Moving sieve jigger is also used as mineral processing machine in recent years.
When common jigger used in mineral beneficiation, it has the features of energy-saving, high efficiency, environmental protection, large handling capacity, perfect ore dressing effect, high recovery rate, low operating cost, etc. However, it needs large water consumption when it works. It is difficult to run in dry or waterless region.
In order to solve this problem, Forui launches a new product-moving sieve Jigger. When the moving sieve rises, aqueous medium moves down relative to the material. When goes down, aqueous medium takes shape an upward flow relative to the moving sieve framework, so the mineral gradually achieves density grading. Moving sieve Jigger has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, green, big select mineral size, less water consumption.
