Introduction to Jig Machine LTP34/2:
The jig machine LTP34/2 is a small type lateral-drive jig gravity separator with double room. It uses water as the medium of gravity separator, and sorts the materials according to the specific gravity (density) of useful minerals and gangue. After entering the jig, materials are treated by water and gradually come into several layers, the light minerals float up to the upper layer and heavy minerals precipitate down to the bottom layer of the sorting slots, then the minerals are discharged from the jig machine through the discharge device.
The lateral-drive jig machine has the following advantages: taking less floor area, simple operation, less investment, profit quickly, etc. So this jig machine is wildly used in the extraction of tungsten, tin, gold, iron, lead, zinc, manganese and other heavy metals, very helpful in small-scale jig beneficiation.
