Description of Jig Machine 2LTC-6109/8T:
The jig machine 2LTC-6109/8T is also known as a trapezoid jigger (lateral-drive diaphragm jigger) wich is a large jigging concentrator with four adjustable jig beneficiation slots. It has a trapezoidal jig surface with high recovery rate and handling capacity. This machine is widely used for the ore dressing of metallic and non-metallic mineral such as hematite, limonite, gold placer, manganese ore, tungsten ore, tin, tantalum and niobium ore, mercury, fluorite ore, barite ore, celestite ore, etc. The jigger also be used to process metal smelting slag and extract the alloy particles and recyclable substances. So, it is a smelting slag recycling machine for users.
The trapezoidal jig machine is composed of eight jigging chambers, two columns, four rooms for each column. It gradually become wide from the mineral feeder to the discharge end, and the jigger has big handling capacity, good adaptability. This product is suitable for being used in the concentration of medium and fine minerals. And the effective recovery limit is 53 microns. The gravity separator is widely used in the gravity separation of iron, manganese and tin in China. The water supply pipe is between two columns and supply water to the chambers.
The trapezoidal jigging equipment has big handling capacity, high recovery rate and wide workable particle size range. It is an ideal gold separator and tin processing machine for gold placer extraction and tin ore dressing.
