Description of Lab Flotation Machine:
The lab flotation equipment is a latest upgrading plant for laboratory use. Forui has developed a series of lab-use upgrading plant including lab jigger, lab flotation machine, lab crusher, lab ball mill, etc. And all the lab series upgrading equipment can be customized according to users demand.
Application of Upgrading Plant-Lab Flotation Machine:
The flotation machine is a latest upgrading plant which is used to extract gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel, aluminum and other metal minerals, also can be used for rough and refined separation of ferrous metal and nonmetal.
Operating Instruction of Upgrading Plant-Lab Flotation Machine:
1. Make feeding port higher than discharge port when install the machine.
2. Check the bolts before starting the machine.
3. Idle motion without ore pulp is prohibited.
4. Adjust the height of lock gate to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the foam to the launder.
