Ferro-chromite Beneficiation Equipment- Jig Machine

Ferro-chromite dry slag is a kind of solid slag from producing of the ferro-chromite alloy. Some ferro-chromite granularities will be embedded in the slag. After the scientical treatment, not only the damage to people from the slag can be avioded, but also considerable economic profit can be gained.

The hardness of the ferro-chromite slag is high and the blocks are large, so two prases of crushing will be needed. the granularities will be below 30mm after the coarse crushing and the fine crushing and can be put into the jigger to be separated directly. For some ores, vibration screen can be used before the separation. some blocks bigger than 30mm can be back to the crusher for a second crushing while the size below 30mm can be directly separated by the AM-30 jigger.

This kind of mineral recyling equipment is remolded on the first design of jigging machine. Jigger is a kind of gravity separation equipment.  It pertains to double-row & four-chamber side-moving plug-fuse type. It makes use of the density difference between the waste and the ferro-chromite for the separation. The jigger takes over a great advantage to beneficiate the ferro-chromite slag. Additionally, for the ferro-chromite, the larger the size is, the higher its price is. And for the normal beneficiation, the requirement about the feeding size is too strict while the jigger needs little about the fedding size with its feeding size from 0mm to 30mm.
