Gold Seprator in Gold Ore Dressing

Gold Separator in Gold Ore Dressing

Separating gold from sand generally goes through three processes: screening, washing, and refining. The technological process and gold separator should be choosing according to the mineral characteristics. Silt content in sand gold ore is quite large, therefore, we should wash it to remove muddy to avoid gold particle wrapped in shale run away. Gold content in sand is low-0.3 g/tons; therefore, we preconcentration enrich the gold by chute until the golden content to a certain degree. The sand will be selected in jig concentrator for rougher flotation. If the gold content is high, the sand can be selected and purified in jig concentrator directly to avoid gold lose in shale. All the sand gold ore is different, the technological process and gold separator should be choosing according to the characteristics.

For general sand gold ore, ore dressing process includes: screening in rotary screen, rougher flotation in shale, scavenging in jig concentrator, refining in table concentrator or barrel amalgamation. Gold content in sand gold ore is low. The rough flotation and enrichment process is necessary. Shale and jig concentrator are for rough flotation. Table concentrator and barrel amalgamation are for refining.
