Jig Machine for Gold Ores Beneficiation

 The embedded granularity size of the gold in ore determines the milling and the beneficiation method. During the milling processing, when coarse gold and the other composition liberates, recovering by gravity separation or amalgamation will do a favor to the following floatation separation and the cyaniding because the coarse gold is very hard to floatation, or needs long time to cyanide.

For recovering of the coarse gold, gravity separation is a best way to get most of the gold. Then amalgamation or cyaniding will be considered according to the gold ore nature to recover gold or other metals.

The flow sheet for the coarse gold recovery covers: screening--jigging--amalgamation or screening--jigging--shaking table.

For the recovery of coarse gold in lode gold ore, gravity separation is usually adopted after rod mill to mill gold ore to separate gold & gangue, and then the mixture will be put into the jigger to recover the coarse gold. Sometimes multi-milling & multi-separation will be involved to recover coarse gold as soon as possible avoiding gold loss after the milling.

And for the lode gold, the gold beneficiation flow sheet can be: crushing--rod milling--jigging--amalgamation.
