Sulfide-Antimony Oxide Ore Beneficiation Flow: hand selection-gravity separation- flotation-gravity separation

1. Crushing and Hand Selection
►Two section and a closed-circuit for crushing process. The largest sulfide-antimony ore diameter can be 400mm, are lift by a lifer into the coarse ore bin, fed by a electromagnetic vibrating feeder into the first stage 600 * 900mm jaw crusher. Ore is crushed to -150mm, and classified to 3 levels by double 1230 shaker washing and sieving machine: -150-30mm(washed again for hand selection), -28-18mm(for the second crushing to -18mm), spiral classifier to remove the mud, sand is back into the fine ore storage, ore slime is into a concentrated machine for flotation processing.

► Hand selection with two operations: hand selection to get the rich antimony concentrates and poor concentrates. Crush the poor concentrates into the second closed-circuit crushing system.

2. Gravity Separation and Grinding
► Gravity separation: The ore after crushing and hand selection are processed by two step sorting, the first step sorting uses triple jig concentrator (-18+8, -8+2, -2+0mm), and after rod milling, carry out jigging separation(-4-0mm) once again to get thioredoxin mixed antimony concentrates. The Second step jig tailings are into ball milling.

► Grinding: The rod mill is used for processing -18+8 , -8+2mm jig tailings, and ball mill is used to process tailings from the second jigging separation. Finely ground product was then recovered by flotation to get vulcanized products, in addition there is an extra ball mill for grinding fine mixed concentrate.

3. Flotation
Second jig tailings processed by closed-circuit grinding are carried out antimony sulfide mineral flotation with a roughing selection, a fine selection and a Scavenging.

4. Shaker Gravity Separation
It is used to recove antimony oxide minerals from flotation tailings.
In addition, a flotation-gravity separation process are used to process primary and secondary antimony ore mud.
