Is Jig Machine Suitable for Aluminum Ore Beneficiation?

Gravity separation is not a commonly used beneficiation method for purification of Aluminum ore, since many aluminum are uniformly distribute in the rock and ore with fine grain sizes of monomer dissociation. It cannot achieve the best dressing effect by gravity separation. Good concentration effect can be obtained by flotation process. But it does not mean that all of the aluminum ore can not be processed by jigging gravity separation method. For example, we made a success in Sanmenxia, China.

Forui Machinery made a lot of experiments and research on the aluminum ore in Sanmenxia and found that there is obvious difference between aluminum ore and gangue minerals and monomer dissociation happens in a larger size aluminum and gangue. After gravity test, we found that the Boehmite proportion is 3.6, and the proportion of accompanying gangue and impurities is 2.8. Theoretically, it is difficult to separate with gravity method, but our technician made a careful debugging, which still achieved satisfiying separation effect, carrying out significant separation of diaspore and gangue.

From the case, Forui Machinery learnt that jigging gravity separation method also can be used for such coarse grained disseminated aluminum ore, however, you must has a deep understanding of jigging machine and jigging separation technology. By very careful debugging, jig machine is able to separate aluminum from the gangue even with close proportion.

Therefore, jigging machine can be a good choice for aluminum ore beneficiation, especally for the coarse grained disseminated aluminum ore with obvious boundaries and proportion difference.
