Fluorite Ore Dressing Flow and Related Extraction Plant
1, Breaking/Crushing
The metallurgical fluorite ore for concentration shall be granular fluorite ore with high quality, but fluorite ore is brittle, so the crushing processes must has the ability to break the ore into appropriate particles which can be fed into mineral processing machine appropriately, and the crushing equipment does not produce too much powder. Jaw crusher is a good choice for fluorite ore crushing. We use PE and PEX jaw crusher for coarse crushing and fine crushing in the crushing process, which is able to crush the ore into particle size that suitable for jig conentration, preparing for sorting processes and concentrate.
2, Screening
The screening equipment shall be slected according to the situation of fluorite ore. If the crud ore has large amount of mud and strong viscosity, Forui recommends drum sreen to reduce the clogging of the sieve, because the drum screen with water also can be used as ore washing machine. If the ore is without mud or rock ore with very low water content, we adopt circular vibrating screen for screening. The process use vibrating sreen and the screened materials particle size can be divide into three standard: 0-8mm, 8-30mm and the material whose particle size is more than 30mm is back and broken again.
