Gold Concentration Method--3. Cyanidation

Cyanidation is one of the gold concentration methods. Forui provide customers with professional gold concentrator such as jig machine, Amalgamation Cylinder, rotary screen, etc.

e. Zinc replacement and pickling: use gold cyanide complexes in zinc replacement solution to precipitate the gold. In order to make zinc powder obtained more effective displacement reaction. It should be kept to a concentration of about 0.005% lead salts and about 0.05% of cyanide.

f. Melting the ingot: gold mud and flux ratio 1:0.8~1, i.e. borax 30-40%, saltpeter 25%, quartz sand 15-20%,  fluorite 5~10%, other material include soda oxide, manganese. It takes about 3 hours for smelting slag in the furnace temperature of 1000~1100 ℃ and obtains the gold bullion (dore gold) with gold and silver contain more than 85%.
