Jigger is a common gravity extraction plant, but the adjustment technology is not known by the majority of customers. It is affected by many factors such as water volume, thickness of the bed layer, stroke and frequency etc. 

This article will describe the stroke adjustment method. The flow distance of the vertical movement is called stroke when the jigger is in normal operation.

For the ordinary eccentric linkage jigger, the adjustment of the stroke is realized by control the eccentricity of the eccentric link. The good beneficiation effect can be obtained with the appropriate amount of water, frequency and bed layer thickness. In other words, it is cannot to get the best beneficiation effect by relying on stroke adjustment only.

 
For most other jiggers, the stroke adjustment is the eccentricity of the eccentric link and it is quite simple. However, the adjustment of the new saw tooth jig is involving the adjustment of cam follower and damping spring. The stroke adjustment can be able to attain by adjusting these two aspects.
