Some users know that the jig concentrator is mainly composed of steel plate, round steel, castings, motor and diaphragm and think that the manufacturing costs of jig concentrator is almost the same for all manufacturers. It couldn't be like that, actually they just see the material cost, and these materials are differnt in thickness, weight and quality, so the cost is differnt, too. Besides, the raw materials need to be processed and assembled into equipment with different technology. The processing cost of jig concentrator is the first factor to decide the manufacturing costs. For example, the driveshafts and links axis of Forui jig concentrator adopts round steel and processed by heat treatment, chrome plating, grinding, and other treatment. It is much better than those without these treatments. The drive shaft of Forui jig concentrator use wear-resistant alloy sleeve to ensure smooth operation of the shaft and link parts since the sliding bearing can not be used in jig concentrator. Secondly, the price of motor and diaphragm are also different according to its quality. Forui jig concentrator adopts high quality diaphragm.
Grinder is a kind of finishing equipment which is expensive, but not the main product in mining machinery. So the non-professional jigger manufacturers will not pay lots of money to purchase large grinder for the grind or cut of jigger axis. The diaphragm manufacturing of jigger separator requires high-precision molds which also need high manufacturing cost. The non-mass-produced manufacturers won't buy their own mold for manufacturing diaphragm. Instead, they will use the mold from other manufacturers and the diaphragm size do not necessarily suited to their own devices, so the service life is difficult to guarantee.
