Flow Sheet of Gold Beneficiation

Gravity separation is widely used in beneficiation of iron, manganese, tungsten, galena lead, titanium, niobium, tin, gold, antimony, chrome, diamond, barite, fluorite etc. and smelting alloy recovery from smelting slag.  The flow sheet for the gold recovery covers: screening--jigging--amalgamation or screening--jigging--shaking table. 

For the recovery of coarse gold in lodegold ore, gravity separation is usually adopted after rod mill to mill gold ore to separate gold & gangue, and then the mixture will be put into the jigger to recover the coarse gold. Sometimes multi-milling & multi-separation will be involved to recover coarse gold as soon as possible avoiding gold loss after the milling. And for the lodegold, the gold beneficiation flow sheet can be: crushing--rod milling--jigging—amalgamation.

Jig machine is a kind of gravity beneficiation equipment. Water used in ores processing is recyled, so a pool is needed and the water can be saved a lot. The jig separator is used in gold ores beneficiation. Jig separator of JT series is kind of down-moving machine with two chambers. Great beneficiation efficiency can be gained when they are used in beneficiation of gold.
