Gold ore extraction processing equipment and operating procedures: bin → jaw crusher → cone crusher → slot type washing machine → belt conveyor → spiral classifier → energy-saving ball mill → shaking table → flotation machine → efficient thickener → leaching tank.

Gold ore extraction processing process:
Ore after the first stage crushing enter into double deck vibrating screen screening, upper products by middle products together with broken again after the second stage crushing, the second stage crushing product return to merge the first stage crushing and screening.After screening of the final product through the first section of the ball mill grinding and form close-circuit grinding with hierarchical organization, the graded overflow after cyclone classification into the second period of ball mill to grind, and then form close-circuit grinding with cyclone.

Chute ore processing belongs to the slope flow separation process. Pulp feed certain inclined chute or on slope, in the water, loose and layered ore grain group, the top light mineral rapid discharge groove, the lower heavy mineral are stranded at the bottom of the groove or in low speed since the discharge, respectively after access, a quick concentrate and tailings.
