Operating & Maintenance Instruction of Flotation Machine

Operating Instruction of Flotation Machine:
Make feeding port higher than discharge port when install the machine.
Check the bolts before starting the machine.
Idle motion without ore pulp is prohibited.
Adjust the height of lock gate to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the foam to the launder.

Maintenance of Flotation machine:
1. Regular flotation machine impeller and the cover plate and other vulnerable parts to proceed inspection work, in order to ensure the timely replacement of spare parts, wearing parts, required in the warehouse often reserve the vulnerable parts;
2. Need to pay attention to the operation situation of motor and parts, problems can be found in time and overhaul;
3. Need to do on a regular basis for adjusting the tightness degree of the triangle belt;
4. Regularly add oil at every oiling place.
