Gold Separation Case in Suichang, China
In this gold separation case, Suichang gold plant adopt two closed-circuit gold ore crushing, grinding, flotation, concentration, filtering two dehydration processes.
Gold Crushing: 1. the gold ore is unload into the warehouse with capacity of 70m3; 2. electromagnetic vibrating feeder fed the gold ore into a 400*600 jaw crusher for coarse crushing; 3. the coarse crushed ore and fine ore are transport by belt conveyor to a 1200*3000 vibrating sieve; 4. ore on the sieve enter to the 1200 cone crusher for fine crushing; 5. ore under the sieve sent to two fine ore bins with volume of 160m3. The final crushed size reach 15-0mm. There corresponding iron removal devices and metering devices on the tape machine.
Grinding Flotation: there are two series, each series consists of a lattice-type ball mill 1500*3000mm and 1200mm single spiral classifier consisting of some closed-circuit grinding with grinding concentration 79%-82%, classifier overflow concentration 34-36 %, fineness 59-62%-200 mesh. The flotation adopts a rougher flotation, twice fine selection, a sweeping selection, shared 5A flotation machine 12 slot. The Sec grinding use a 1500*3000mm grinding mill, two 250mm cyclon as a closed section with cyclone overflow concentration of 25-28%, the fineness of 90% -200 mesh. The Sec section adopts a rougher flotation, three times fine selection, twice sweep selection, shared 5A flotation machine 16 slot.
Dehydration: use concentration, filtration twice dehydration, the flotation concentrate are treated by a 9m concentrater and a 10m2 vacuum filter into finished concentrate. Vacuum systems of the concentrator dealing with water contain 12-14% concentrates use 2 water ring vacuum pump and a compressor.
