Recently, Forui received 60kg manganese ore from customer in Australia, and we were commissioned to carry out a small-scale manganese ore beneficiation test for them. According to the test result, we offer them a manganese ore beneficiation solution.

As we can see from the picture, the manganese ore surface is wrapped by a layer of dark red material, most of which is block with a small amount of bean-shaped ore, but after washing, the red viscous soilcan is easily washed off. It turns out the manganese ore quality is very good, which contains a certain amount of limestone and other impurities. In order to improve the quality of manganese ore, ore processing must be used to remove the limestone and other impurities. It is by observation that the monomer dissociation degree is very high of the manganese ore and impurities and there are few living body. The specific gravity between manganese ore and waste rock is also very different, therefore, Forui carried out a small-scale gravity separation test.

We used the laboratory jigging machine to do the gravity separation test and got a satisfactory effect. For these high monomer dissociation and obvious different specific gravity minerals, gravity separation is the best choice. The gravity separation need less equipment investment, low production cost with high processing efficiency. So the gravity separation method is the most commonly used beneficiation equipment for coarse oxide manganese ore beneficiation, and jig machine is the key equipment of gravity separation.
