How to Enhance Brarite Grade

Barite is also called heavy gold stone which is a natural barium sulfate. The main component is BaSO4, an important raw material in chemical, oil and other industries. But these mineral resources are mostly mixed with impurities and gangue, failed to meet the need of industrial production.Now, let's see the beneficiation and purifying of barite ore.

The proportion of heavy gold stone is between 4.2-4.6, coarse-grained disseminated, which needs breaking and screening to make heavy stone and associated gangue monomer dissociated. In actual production, the gravity separation indeed is a good beneficiation method of heavy gold stone.

First, get the heavy gold stone crushed into small pieces and sieved into the screening process. Over-crushing and valuble loss may happen during crushing process due to the brittle breakable property of the heavy gold stone. So the process shall be crushing - screening - crushing process for crushing and screening of the original ore. The screened material within a selected size range through the hopper and feed system enter into different feeding system, and then evenly fed into the jigging plant for sorting. Generally speaking, particles within 8mm enter into the trapezoidal jig machine, 8-30mm into the jigger AM-30, 30-50mm into the big size jig separators. As the jigging process needs water as a medium, the concentrate and tailings are discharged with a lot of water, so the dewatering screen is needed for dewatering process.
