Separation of Intergrowth Mineral of Fluorite, Barite and Calcite

A few days ago, Forui Machinery was asked to make an analysis on the separation of intergrowth mineral which includes fluorite, barite and calcite in Hubei, China. We carried out a beneficiation tests for the client and found some problems and experience. Now, Forui show you the Hubei fluorite-barite-calcite ore beneficiation test.
    
The intergrowth mineral shows white and black visually with clear crystal edges, and the boundary of fluorite, barites and calcite shows up when washing in water. First of all, the monomer dissociation of fluorite, barites and calcite can be achieved by crushing plants.

If the crushed particle size is 0-5mm, the monomer dissociation degree will be higher. So we controlled the particle site within 5mm when crushing and screening, then make a small jig beneficiation test. the jig beneficiation test can be divided into two steps, the first step is focusing on the separation of the largest barite from the symbiotic mineral, taking the barite as bed layer and getting the barite concentrate separated and the tailings mainly are calcite and fluorite. Second step, getting the fluorite ore separated from the tailings. The jig separator is used in both two steps to realize the separation of barite-fluorite-calcite.

The jig separator can not be used to separate several mineral elements at the same time. So the jigging separator is used as the gravity beneficiation equipment for each mineral ore separation and therefore it needs two jigging separation, two jig separators for different mineral ore separation.
