Tantalum Ore Beneficiation Process

Separation of tantalite consists of rough separation and fine selection. The rough separation is washing--screening--washing by log washer--vibration screen--jigger to gain concentrate and middle ore. And middle will go for selection factory for further enrichment. Low grade concentrate goes for shaking table for further separation and the concentrate from shaking table together with concentrate from jigger goes for magnetic separation and electricity separtion to get final tantalite concentrate.

LTA1010/2 jig tantalum ore beneficiation machine belongs to double rooms under the single plug-fuse type. It exploits water as medium, and separates according to the density of the gangue minerals. LTA1010/2 tantalite processing jig machine does the sine wave motion. It has the advantage of high recovery, large capacity of treatment and  continuous working.
