Fluorite Jigging Gravity Separator Sent to Guangdong, China

Today, Forui Machinery sent the jigging gravity separator to Guangdong buyer, which is used for large grain fluorite beneficiation.

Guangdong clients visited Forui Machinery with 20kg ore samples, and we carried out a small fluorite ore beneficiation test for them. The test gets a great success with the effort of our operating staff, and the clients decided to order the jig machine-AM30 immediately for the production of metallurgical fluorite lump ore and particle ore.

 

The main application of fluorite is that high-quality fluorite powder is used to react with sulfuric acid to produce hydrofluoric acid in chemical industry, and in metallurgical industry the lump fluorite ore and particle fluorite ore are used as cosolvent. Chemical used fluorite powder is mostly extracted through flotation processing, however, metallurgical used lump or particle fluorite ore are mostly obtained through the gravity separation.

Jig machine is a common used gravity separation equipment for lump or particle fluorite ore. The jig machine-AM30 jigging machine is a new type large particle jigging gravity separator with independent R&D by Forui Machinery. This product is generally used for processing 10-30mm coarse fluorite ore, a good jigging gravity seprator for metallurgical fluorite ore production.

The jig machine sorts the fluorite ore according to the difference specific gravitys. The fluorite gravity is 3.0-3.3, while the gangue specific gravity is generally not more than 2.6, so it is workable with the jigging gravity separator. According to the survey, 90% of the metallurgical lump or particle fluorite ore are processed by jigging gravity separation.
